Woahhhh! What is it?! I don't think I've ever seen that handheld before to be completely honest with you chief!
It's a Bandai SwanCrystal! A Japanese handheld from the late 90s and early 2000s designed by the designer of the Gameboy! It's got lots of great RPGs and the main gimmick (aside from using a single battery) is that you can play it horizontally or vertically, which is why it has two sets of directional buttons. The flip gimmick is mostly for shmups but the MegaMan game for it has you flip the console vertically for some levels.
