I showed off Boshin Sensou at 2D Con last weekend. I didn't win any awards, but Carlos Ferro (The voice of Leonardo Da Vinci in the Assassin's Creed Ezio trilogy and Dom in Gears of War) said I'll find a publisher in no time for this game. Well, fast forward to yesterday. I had a preliminary pitch meeting with a publisher out of WA. They're sending me a contract by Monday. And a local middleman agency-type buddy of mine got back to me that he's got a potential suitor as well. So...I might have a bidding war? Read more

2D Con starts tomorrow! I'm super excited to show off my new card game in the indie showcase. I'm also lined up for 2 video game tournaments during the weekend, too. So that'll be fun.

In that game, there was a top that would knock your hikers off the trail. I love the concept of it, I think games with a little bit of physicality are great design space, but making a spring loaded top in a 3D printed game is not gonna happen here. Falling rocks, on the other hand... Read more

Hey, I think I might have found a bug in Mob Wars.

I bought a Djinn, but cannot level him up as a lead. He will lose every fight, even the very first one. I don't think I can get any XP into him to make him stronger.

I could use some help with my egg, if you want to help me out...

Origins Game Fair, here I come!

I'm off to Origins Game Fair tomorrow. It's going to be a lot of work, but I'm super excited to show everyone how to play Claim: Mine Rush. If you're going to be at Origins, stop by table 1200 and check out my games!

I beat Epic Mickey on stream today. Good thing too, because Resident Evil 4 got its achievement set yesterday and I've been waiting for that game!

Day 1 of Protospiel has been highly informative and fruitful. I made good progress on improving the game. I added several new cards, and made some plans for updates to the instruction manual. Tomorrow is more testing and getting more feedback. I am excite!

I reinstalled Cyberpunk 2077 and loaded up a shipload of mods with it. It's been a ton of fun playing the game again. One of the mods hid a bunch of packages around Night City and the Badlands, which has led me to a bunch of areas I wouldn't normally have gone to. I'm having more fun exploring this ...
